What might cause a 5 year old boy to drip blood after he pees?

I can't diagnose the problem in these circumstances but can only say, take the boy to a doctor right away. You can't delay having these kind of symptoms checked out professionally and you'd never forgive yourself if the child suffered unnecessarily owing to lack of medical help.
