Is MAD mothers against drunk drivers using Dial America Marketing to solicit funds on their behalf?

Yes, as a matter of fact they are. They are not the only non-profit organization to get funding from Dial America though. Dial America sells magazine subscribtions and then gives a 12.5% share to MADD or whatever other organization.
