How does suboxone show in a urine test if you have never taken it?

It is not usually tested for in a typical 5 screen panel. It does NOT show up as an opiate Contrary to what others have said. It only shows up as buprenorphine when and ONLY when it is specifically tested for. If you have an RX make sure you let your tester know and be ready to show proof (prescription bottle, paperwork, anything with the RX name, your name, and date given on it)
