If you had a tubal ligation 10 years ago is it possible to become pregnant?

I had a c- section 13 years ago along with that I had my tubes tied. Iam now real sexually active.I have missed my period and its now going on the second month now and Iam just wondering if iam pregant and can i carry a child to full term.
