How old do you have to be to apply for McDonald's?

The Fair Labor Standards Act in the US allows 14 year olds to work at Mcdonalds. However, most Mcdonalds are independently owned franchises so owners can create their own policy. Usually it's 15 and over, but there are a few of them around the country that hire for part-time work at 14; you will have to visit the Mcdonalds of your choice and check.
