Who was the Prime Minister of Libya in 2012?

As there is currently a civil war in Libya, two people claim to have this title, namely

Baghadadi al-Mahmudi and Mahmoud Jibril.

Baghadadi al-Mahmudi became the Prime Minister of Libya on 2006 March 5, and continues to lead as the General Secretary of the General People's Committee, which controls roughly the west area of Libya.

Mahmoud Jibril became the Chairman of the Executive Board of the National Transitional Council of Libya on 2011 March 5. The NTC controls roughly the east area of Libya.
