Explain what is wrong with this italicized pronoun reference Carolyn sang higher than the other sopranos but she didn't support it properly?

From what I understand,....Carolyn can't sing my sweet dear! Unfortunatly we all know this is a lie. And everyone sings better than her. She is simply trying to show off! And you have absolutley no reson to support such a hastly manner. Well, Goodbye! :)
