How do you use dragonator?

To use the Dragon Balls, you gather all 7 Dragon Balls, witch are orange with red stars, summon the dragon Shenron using the phrase "Shenron, arise!!!", then he will appear from the Dragon Balls. He will ask you to make a wish. Once your wish is granted, he will disappear. The Dragon Balls will scatter across the Earth to be found again.
