Is a 32c big for a 14 year old gir I am not overweight or anything. I am about 5.7 and 128.?

If you aren't overweight then you are a perfect size. Enjoy what nature has given you - it's difficult to change! If you feel you are too "curvy" then I'm sure there are many 14 year old boys who would disagree (all of them).
