Who has more body parts a boy or a girl?

We all have the same number of body parts and come from the same plan (DNA) the differences in body come from the size and development of the parts caused by our chromosomes and hormones and when they were released. We are Topologically identical meaning that boys have breasts (only very small) and girls have a penis (only very small). It;s hormones that make the sizes change which is how some of the sex change drugs wotk.
