Where is the engine oil drain plug on a 2007 Harley Softail Custom?

It is a hex bolt with an Allen head recess in the middle. It's located on the RH side of the bike, behind the shocks and in line with one of the frame supports. It's is right next to the frame. Look directly below the oil tank reservoir.
