No, Walmart does not sell binding machines. Any office supply store such as Staples or Office Depot do sell them.

Not true! I am in Walmart at least twice a week ,every week for at least 6 hours, and that is an understatement...Check out Walmart's website. Look under electronic, then search laminators. Not only do they sell Laminators, they sell FELLOWES, GBC and ROYAL laminators along with laminating pouches and laminating rolls.
