Is dermoplast good for tattoo healing?

Not to say that it would be bad necessarily, but that is more for fighting infection. For the aftercare treatment of a tattoo, most people use Tattoo Goo, that or A&D Ointment. There are some who do not recommend the latter of the two since it is used primarily for diaper rash, but a lot of people use it for this, and most artists use same during tattoos. A lot of people go the quickest route, and simply use petrolleum jelly, but once again there are a lot of people who don't advise to just as many people who do. Look around. There are great products out there, and more numerous than the ones that I just listed.
