How do you equip abilities in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep?

In Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep, players can equip abilities by accessing the menu and selecting the "Command" option. From there, you can choose the "Abilities" tab, where you can see your available abilities based on your equipped Keyblade and character level.
