Who will act as Renesmee Cullen?

It is unknown who will play Renesmee or if she will be CGI, Summit Entertainment haven't yet started filming Breaking Dawn. Breaking Dawn will be out November 2011 and November 2012 because it will be in 2 parts, we won't see Renesmee properly until the second part anyway.
