There are many places to find Yew Trees and here are the main ones where many people chop:
- North of Varrock Castle and South of the Wall surrounding the yard of the Castle (3)
- North of the Stronghold of Security (2)
- Catherby tree area (7)
- Around Gnome Stronghold (7)
- South-east of Legends' Guild (3)
- South of Falador (North of the old Air Ruins) (3)
- Zanaris (3)
- East of Lumbridge Castle (4)

- The Wilderness is always at the North(unless if you in the Wilderness then you can look towards the Mage Arena as North)(Or if you're in the mountains, on the west of the Wilderness) so if you know wheres the Wilderness from where you are, well then you can tell which is East, South, West and of course, North.
