Did the dinosaours eating change with the environment?

due to the nature of animals in general if the environment changes then the eating habits have to change for instance bears normally eat fish roots and berries in the wild, but in a city environment they would eat what ever was editable in the trash or what they could get to, so yes the dinosaurs eating habits did change with the environment
