I have to assume that those two components are in series, and that there are

no other components in the circuit, because it's easier that way and I'm up

past my bedtime.

The total impedance is (15K) - j(10K) = sqrt [ (15K)2 + (10K)2 ] =

18,028Ω at an angle of -33.7°.
