1990 Honda Accord makes a grinding sound when in park or neutral but not so much when in gear don't believe the CVs are broke any ideas?

for starters it wopuldnt be the CV axles because they will only make a noise when driving. sounds like it is going to internal inside the transmition, like the gears not lining up right
