Is there anything i can take to stop the pain of getting my lip peiced?

I have my lip pierced once on the left had side and I'm going back to get the right hand side done and believe me it doesn't hurt!

Don't take any asperin as it thins the blood, not that you'll bleed. All you need to do is get a good nights sleep the night before, don't take drugs or drink loads of alcohol the night before and eat well before you go... also i'd recommend taking a drink with you like water as you'll probably feel a bit faint afterwards but it soon wears off!

I have loads of piercings and I didnt feel my lip. it does swell up a bit and bruises which does make eating a little painful... that's when you need the painkillers! lol!
