Can anyone help I'm paranoid about being pregnant?

Okay so it's like this. I've been on the pill for almost a year now. My and my boyfriend have been dating for longer then that. About a year and a half now. When we have sex , we almost always use a condom, and I'm on the pill. But sometimes it kind of just happens and we don't. Like this week for exemple. But when we do have sex without the condom, he pulls out before he ejaculates. Now I know it's not a good way of being safe, I've been through sex ed, and I'm not an idiot. but I'm also on the pill, And I just get really paranoid before I get my period. So I'm just wondering if anyone can help me out here, and if it's possible that I'm pregnant .. Thanks a bunch in advance .
