Where do you get a coin case on Pokemon Platinum?

In Veilstone City, the house to the left of the game corner (on the other ledge) there is a clown. When you talk to him he will tell you to pick a hand. No matter which one you choose, you will receive the coin case.

You must choice the left hand or you get nothing!
