Is a cockroach's squirt into eye dangerous?

If your talking about the 'squirt' of their insides when you crush them, then no. Some cockroahces do have dangerous bacteria inside their bodies, but I doubt you would get enough in your eye to hurt you(Just rinse it out). And roaches can't squirt anything in self-defense, so not that either.
