What Pokémon are not available in Pokémon Gold?

the ones released after Pokemon gold and silver. Namely Groudon, Kyogre, Manaphy, Dialga, Palkia, Arceus, Darkrai, and Latias( all legendary). About half of all the 493 Pokemon are not available. Sorry
