1st in the office. You probably have lots of computers, servers, data handlers, requests etc to handle

2nd in the warehouse. You have automated production lines making the bottles, filling them, labelling them and then palletizing and stacking the product. You have just-in-time or other software to ensure the material is there too for the warehouse production.

3rd in the field. You need some sort of tracking system plus an ordering system for delivery of the product to the clients and restocking them as necessary.

4th either directly do the repairs or contract it out but still oversee the maintenance of the vending machines placed all over.
