Which health care professionals are involved with the review of systems?

In some offices, the front office staff gives a checklist to the patient to complete. Then it might be reviewed by the intake staff (MA, LPN, RN) and/or the health care provider. The health care provider will review it to assist in coming to a diagnosis.
