Do perms grow hair

Perms does not grow hair.it makes it straight and fancy looking.But in the long run it is really destroying your hair.Actually its doing more than destryoing your hair it is really damaging your hair.Perms are never okay to get they say that stuff to break out your hair then you can contining buying their products and they can make money off their hair damaging perms.So really do you want people making money off your money?
