Where can a 14 year old get a tattoo in Glasgow?

It sounds like you have quite the parents! (/heavy sarcasm) I have never heard of a 14 year old being allowed to have a tattoo. I don't think at that age ,that you could make the desicion for something you would have on you for the rest of your life. I recommend you wait. You obviously have a lot of growing up to do.
