Where to catch rainbow fish in runescape?

There is a such thing, for members at least, you can find them in rivers. Like the one in Lumbridge.

there is not such a thing. if there is though on the spot in karmja for nonmembers there is a fishing point where you go and you can catch practicly all fish with exception of mini game only fish
