Clay Morrow dies in Season 4, Episode 13 of "Sons of Anarchy," titled "To Be, Act 1." In this episode, he is confronted by Jax Teller, who ultimately decides to take revenge for the wrongs Clay has committed. Jax shoots Clay in the neck, leading to his death shortly after.
