Are more female hermaphrodites then males?

I would hazard a guess that when gender-mix ( natural, not post-op surgeries) occurs, they would tend to have feminine characterisitics with some male like attachments in the lower anatomy. They tend towards the female but would have small breasts, mere (battery Terminals) with no (pressure tanks) behind them. Naturally they are sterile. For some odd reason there are cases also of (over-Mothers) who were so stuck on having a female child they literally raised their boy child as a girl, with female costumes, etc. Due to certain oversights in our laws, there are no real legal remedies against this, though it is as far out-of-reality as saying a play money $3.00 bill id legal tender, that is currency. Some mentally retarded people are borderline transexuals. I knew of one who was biologically a female, had menstrual periods, but was as flat-topped as the Lexington! To make matters worse, she was also an epileptic and went on wild, uncontrolled mental attacks- you know war plans on family furniture!
