What happens if you eat maggots while pregnant?

i think i have eaten a maggot in fruit - i am 14 weeks pregnant and concerned what will happen? what should i eat to counteract it?

Today I ate a tomato and half way through found maggots!! I firstly made myself throw up then called my obsteotrician who assured me i would be ok, the maggots would have died as soon as they hit my stomach from the acidity.
