Actucally their answers are all wrong.
Your body needs SOMETHING to feed on every morning. That is what kicks up your metabolism to it's highest to burn more cals & fat.
Every 2 hours you should eat a small meal. Doesn't have to be EXTREMELY healthy but enough to fill you-don't forget to portion it. Not everyone remembers to portion and often eats too much. It takes the brain an average of 20 minutes to register wheather you've eaten or not! Keep that in mind.
Excercise is not nessasary, however helps build muscle-tone-and burn fat away.
But diet alone can do a great job. Just portion yourself, don't go over 2,000 cals in 1 day, and eat a GOOD balanced morning breakfast.
TIPS: Water will boost your metabolism HIGH! Also studies show if you walk 2,000 more steps a day-you may never gain another pound.
Hope I've helped!
