Will people know your on their bebo page if your not a member?

No. They won't be able to tell even if you are a member.

For them to be able to see you've been on their page you have to set your bebo map setting to anonymous. Even when you do this, it only shows your rough location. Bebo cannot let other members know you have been on their profile without your permission
