Is it possible recover foreskin that has been removed?

It is possible to stretch and work what is left of the foreskin to form a similar covering over the glans penis as there would have been had there been an actual natural foreskin. However it will not be the same. the original prepuce ( foreskin) was highly endowed with nerve endings that are designed to make sex more pleasurable and these were cut away never to return. Never the less recreating the second foreskin will show advantages insofar as the new protection afforded to the glans will make them more sensitive and pleasurable to use, both in sex and masturbation.
