How did Tigerstar die?

Tigerstar gets killed by Scourge, in the Sixth Book of the First Series. On a side note he lost all nine lives at once from a deep cut that went from his throat to tail.

The reasoning for all of his 9 lives being drained from his is because Scourge is actually stronger than Tigerstar, because his claws were equipped with dog teeth and claws. The force and strength from the blow caused the loss of his 9 lives.
