Can you smoke immature marijuana plant?

Well you can smoke it, but there would be no effects from it. Possibly the only thing you would experience is a headache because Marijuana is only effective once THC starts being developed by the plant which is the flowering stage. Some say atleast 30 days and up to 60 before the plant developes THC. Whenever it "buds" is the best time to smoke it, although I wouldn't recommend using marijuana due to the health risks and IT IS ILLEGAL.
