What happens if a girl is pregnant and goes to juvy?

Depending on the time she has to "serve" they will treat her as anyone else. She will get checked out by a doctor in the facility. If she has to deliver near her sentence she will be taken to a hospital and allowed to have the baby, she will be either released or the child will go to the family until she gets out. It varies from state to state.
