How do i get my hair like Christopher drew's?

Straightening it depends on if you're going for the new look or the old look

If you are going for the new look hairspray it while its wet (Tresseme is the best) and mess it up, then pull the side pieces down the way you want them, and fix your bangs (you may need to pull your sidepiece over your bangs on the side your bangs part to. Hairspray one more time to hold it all, and you're done

The New look is similar just straighten it when its dry and then hair spray it DO NOT TEASE! (MESS IT UP)! keep it straight and pull it all foward
