What is the best way to attach a plant hanger to an exterior brick wall?

Using a ceramic bit slightly smaller than your screw threads, drill holes in the brick the same depth as the length of your screws. Dip half the length of the screw in 5 minute epoxy. push them through the mounting holes in the hanger and turn them into the wall. Wait 10 minutes for the epoxy to set and hang your plants.

Or if you dontwant to be stuck with a screw in the wall that might rust using the same bit drill in the mortar (it dosent shatter as easy as brick) and then push in a plastic wall anchor and install the screw as before . they also come in lead at ANY hardware store
