Why did a triceratops always try to face the predator?

A triceratops faced predators to utilize its formidable horns and frill as defensive weapons, making it more challenging for attackers to approach from the front. This behavior also allowed the dinosaur to keep its large, herbivorous body positioned defensively while maintaining a clear line of sight on the threat. By facing the predator, triceratops could better protect itself and its young from attacks.
