Is a shark good or bad?

Sharks have not shown any great disposition to domestication, and act almost exclusively on instinct. So they cannot be characterized as nice or not nice. They will feed or prey without any consideration of whether it is something or someone familiar.

(As food?)

It all depends on how you prepare them. Personally I prefer them battered.
