Does anyone have any tips for doing smokey eys makeup?

Put on a normal base color. For example: Blue. After doing that...take a black-ish color and put it towards the end of your eye...and smudge it in! Then use some eyeliner and put that on! Next, use some mascara...and voila! You have a smokey-eye look! :) Hope I helped! :) Love, HipHopBunny
