If the cruise control on your Kia Rio is dead where do you start?

Check all fuses (key on--engine off) in fuse box under dash and in the relay/fuse box under the hood. Check the cable from the cruise module to the throttle body. Check plug connector at cruise module. Other than these few checks it's a dealer repair item.
