Do kids in Netherlands have access to computers?

some children can If they are rich enough to buy one but if they are't rich i don't think so. It depends on how much money they have. I think that they use the computer in all schools in Belgium. so there is no point in bying one if they use it in the school. Even in the office i think there are some computers.
