What is the mechanical advatage of a machine?

A machine can repeat a procedure thousands of times without getting tired, loosing precision or speed. Machines can also perform tasks that no human can handle.

For instance: you can easily produce 200Nm of torque trying to bend something but I doubt that you can do it 4000 times per minute!
