Is it good luck to find a ladybug on your bed?

Ummm I just found twoo lady bugs on my bed actually , one large red one with spots and the other small orange with no spots . While I was sleeeping , I found money and had a fine day so far . So I guess itss a good thing . Odd place thogh lol
