How do you catch Articuno in Pokemon Gold?

okay. you go to seaform islands i think you need all 16 badges from johto and kanto like i have. and articuno should be a few floors down. she was sort of diffucult to catch so be on your guard and make sure you have strong pokemon, and lots of diffrent type of poke balls! best of luck! of yeah hes on Lv. 50
