Dr Octoganapus is a fake character on YouTube who is created by a YouTuber named Dominicfear. Dr Octoganapus is based of the character in spider man Dr Octopus. Dr Octoganapus is famous for the shoop da whoop, which is a face with red lips and shoots a blue laser oout of its mouth. Dr Octoganapus says his own name and them goes "Bah!" wich is thr shoop da whoop and the person who gets hit is dead. These are a series called the laser collections.
