Where do you get the CD for Wimpy Wonderland?

Once you have the Guide from Greg's locker (see related question below), Greg will beat the game, and you can click on his monitor (TV) to play it yourself. Once you have beaten it, you will take the CD back to Rowley's house, two houses left of Greg's house.
